Groups can be provided with English language tuition, food , accommodation, activities and transport. Talk to us about the needs of your group and we will devise a program to suit you and your budget.
Young People accommodated with their families and other siblings/ friends. These young people can take part in our morning lessons for teenagers and participate in the afternoon activities for older children and teenagers or extra lessons (or a combination of extra lessons and activities).
Young People travelling alone to Letterfrack can be accommodated with local host families. The host families are very carefully chosen and will ideally have a child/children of a similar age. The young learners family placement is supervised closely by the staff from the Connemara English Language school.
All meals are provided.
Airport transfers can be arranged as required.
Lessons will take place each morning for three hours from Monday to Friday. Extra lessons can be arranged as requested.
Activities will be organized for four afternoons and one full day at the weekend. We have a choice of activities including, sport, dancing, mountain biking, surfing, horse riding, music, drama and so forth. We are keen to include activities of interest to the young person. We also aim to include local young people in the activity sessions where possible.
Additional conversation classes and exam preparation classes can be provided in the afternoons. These will be intensive small group lessons (maximum of 4 students).
Radio Presentation Course. This three week course introduces junior learners to how a radio station operates, presentation skills, editing, research and production skills, finding your radio voice and technical skills. Students will record their own radio program.
